Daniel Radcliffe came into the spotlight while playing Harry Potter from 2001 to 2011 in the eponymous super-successful wizard franchise. Now, the 31-year-old actor has admitted that he is aiming for a completely different blockbuster series.
Speaking on Conan O’Brien’s podcast, Daniel admitted, “I’d love to star in Fast and Furious if I had a non-driving role. That would be great. Driving on camera is probably the part of my job that I hate the most. I hardly drive a car in real life. I have rights. But I’m terrible at it, and I don’t really do it. So trying to hit a target in a car is my most hated part.”
He said: “I could do some of the duties of an administrator. I’m sure they need these people in large numbers. There should be an admin there. Someone has to look after these guys.”
Daniel is currently starring in Lost City D alongside Brad Pitt, Channing Tatum, and Sandra Bullock. The film centers around a reclusive novelist (Bullock) who was convinced that there was nothing worse than getting stuck on a book tour with her cover model (Tatum) until an attempted kidnapping forced them to go on a jungle trek.
Meanwhile, Helen Mirren is the last known person to join the Fast and the Furious franchise. The famous actress played a role in the film “Fast and Furious 9“, released in May and collected a good box office. 53-year-old Vin Diesel has previously stated that he hopes to end the main franchise (the first film was released in 2001) after another spin-off and the tenth film, “Fast and Furious”.
Recall that at the beginning of the year, it became known that HBO Max plans to remove the continuation of “Harry Potter” in the form of a series. In addition, insiders claim that the studio will be engaged in the film adaptation of the theatrical play by J.J. Rowling, “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.” Some actors are already interested in the reunion.
